Issue Summary - We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing Digital Docket reports from loading in the Insights module for customers in Australia and New Zealand. Affected users may see error messages or empty data when attempting to access these reports.

Current Status - Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is actively working to resolve the issue. We are implementing a fix and expect service to be restored shortly.

Workaround - None available at this time.
